Änderungen in "Symbolleiste für den Schnellzugriff" in Office 2007 sichern

Wo werden die Änderungen in den Symbolleisten für den Schnellzugriff (kleine anpassbare Leiste in Word, Excel, etc.) gespeichert? Falls man bei einem Rechnerwechsel wieder die gewohnten Inhalte möchte und die benutzerdefinierten Inhalte mitnehmen will?

Es werden *.qat Dateien (QAT=Quick Access Toolbar) angelegt.
